On Second Thought

A few days back, Daddy put some sample paint on the office wall. Eladia wanted to help soooo badly; however, Daddy only had a little bit to do. Forgetting that Eladia has a memory, Daddy said, "Maybe you can help with the big paint." This just led to Eladia asking daily, "Is it time for the big paint?"

Finally, it was time for the big paint. At first, Daddy was just going to have Eladia help with the corner brush. However, Eladia persistently demanded to use the roller. After getting the top of the wall, Mommy gave Eladia her dream shot of rolling on some paint.


Three swaths after this photo op, Eladia could be found downstairs with her colored pencils and stencil....

..... never to paint again.
