On the way to Dairy Queen for dessert, it was decided that the ice cream would be taken home in the car to eat. Eladia was quite miffed by the decision. Clearly, her parents had not thought this through. She forcefully explained, "I don't want to take it in the car. It's too dangerous. I want to walk in the street, and go eat it in the store. Don't bring it in the car. It is TOO dangerous. It will fall in the water, and it will break the ice." After "considering" Eladia's concerns, Mommy and Daddy still decided to risk taking the ice cream home.
.... or, was it a risk?
Mommy came back to the car with a cone for her, and a bowl of ice cream (with lid) for Eladia. Since Eladia was not going to be able to eat the ice cream in the car, Mommy decided to hold the ice cream up front until they got home. Eladia was quite miffed by the decision. Clearly, her mother had not thought this through. She forcefully explained, "Let me hold the ice cream. It is NOT too dangerous."
