Beauty vs Comfort

Eladia was playing with her new Barbies (she was given her cousin's entire collection), and was struggling with one of Barbie's shoes. (It was one of those high healed shoes that just have a strap over the toe and a piece up the back of the heal with a strap that latches around the ankle.) Daddy mentioned that the shoes were pretty. Eladia replied, "Yeah.... but they hurt her feet."
