Daddy is really feeling "missed." He drove Eladia out to the farm as Grammie Rose and Papa Dave agreed to watch her while Mom and Dad are in Boston.
While Eladia was exploring the toys in the basement (and choosing ones to bring upstairs). Daddy said, "let's go upstairs because Daddy has to say goodbye." While keeping her eyes glued to the toys, Eladia half flapped her arm and said "Bye."
Later upstairs, Eladia was playing with blocks at the tea table while Daddy was about to head out the door. Daddy said, "Kiss." Eladia gave him a quick peck, a curt "bye," and went right back to her blocks.
Dad says, "It's so wonderful to be wanted."
