Uncle Tim and Aunt Adrienne were up for an overnight visit. Uncle Ken, Aunt Michelle, and the cousins Matthew and Mia also came over for dinner. After dinner, Eladia's kick-balls came out and it turned into a party. Eladia got right into everything: kickball, volleyball (she multi-tasked as the moving net), off-the-wall ball.
Eladia also learned one important lesson: if you want something, you better jump on it. This was evidenced later in the evening when daddy approached Eladia to ask if she was having fun kicking her ball. Once Eladia saw daddy coming, she immediately grabbed the ball and fell on top of it to make sure no one got it.
Eladia also got addicted to spinning. First, mommy gave Eladia a helicopter spin. When put down, Eladia stumbled around dizzily for a few moments, then went back for more. And more. And more. When mommy had to go inside for a bit (stupid graduate school doesn't give mommy a chance to rest and relax), Eladia went to daddy for more spinning... and more spinning... and more spinning. It reached a point where Eladia went nearly two minutes without being able to walk in a straight line. But that did not stop her; only daddy getting nauseous stopped the spinning.
To say Eladia had fun is an understatement. She had so much fun she did not even notice that she wet her diaper. Nor did she notice the second pee, nor the third.... nor the fact that so much pee went into the diaper it soaked through the absorbent material.
"Spin me again!"
