Imitation it the most sincere form of flattery

Eladia is quite the imitator.

When she was barely two months, she had a sleepover with Gabriella and Grace who were already at the "kicking things" stage. The next day Eladia stared down the guitar handing above her vibrating-butt chair and kept trying for two minutes until she finally kicked it.

Eladia had never rolled any of her car toys. A day after watching Liam push his riding toys from behind (guess riding is overrated), Eladia started pushing her big train engine (even though it is motorized, and on, and moving itself.... too slowly?).

The most Eladia did with her big purple ball was bat it with her hands. She went to see her cousin's soccer game, and was kicking her ball the very next day.

Yesterday, Eladia heard about Gracie's new words. This morning she broke out "Dank u" and "Jus."

With all of this imitation, Mom and Dad better watch what they say.
